Pumpkin Cheese Mochi - so quick, easy and DELICIOUS Perfect for this season - with only 2 ingredients for the pumpkin mochi - you can’t go wrong with this. Ingredients Around 250g of pumpkin (I boiled my pumpkin until soft) Cornstarch or cornflour 3Tbsp Plus- Mini mozzarella balls - 6 (for the center - you can use any cheese you like here) (And butter/oil to fry them in - I used @westgoldnz butter for an even more incredible flavor) Instructions 1. Mash your pumpkin until smooth 2. Add your cornstarch and mix in with a spatula 3. Divide into six equal portions 4. Roll into balls 5. Add one mini mozzarella ball to each and flatten slightly 6. Add butter and oil to your pan and fry until golden on each side. (Put the lid on to ensure the mozzarella is nice and melted). 7. Enjoy! That cheese pull is amazing and the flavor is incredible!
