#pizza #beef #food #recipe #flatbreadpizza #recipeoftheday Ingredients: 1 cup ground beef. 1 tbsp Garlic-ginger paste 4-5 tbsp thick & crunchy salsa. 1/2 tsp salt. 1/2 tsp black pepper powder. 1/3 cup Mexican mixed cheese. 1/4 cup mozzarella cheese. Fresh cilantro. Recipe: Preheat oven to 400 F. Heat some oil in a wok. Add ground beef. Cook until meat changes color. Add garlic-ginger paste. Cook for a few minutes. Add salsa. Cook for 2-3 minutes. Add salt and black pepper. Cook for a few minutes. Line a baking sheet with foil or parchment paper. Thaw puff pastry according to the package. Roll out the puff pastry. Lightly poke the pastry with a fork. Use a sharp knife to score a little 1/2-inch border. Add ketchup and spread in the middle. Top it with cooked ground beef. Sprinkle the cheese evenly over the keema. Top with mozzarella cheese. Make egg wash. Brush the edges with egg wash. Bake for 20-25 minutes. Garnish with fresh cilantro.
