Moong dal ko 2-3 baar ache se dho kar 15-20 minute ke liye pani mein bhigo dein. 2. Ek pressure cooker ya pan lein, moong dal mein 2-2.5 glass pani dal kar haldi aur thoda sa namak mila dein. 3. Isko medium flame par 2-3 city tak pressure cook karein (agar open pan mein bana rahe hain toh 15-20 minute tak pakayein). Step 2: Tadka Tayyar Karna. 1. Ek pan mein olive oil garam karein. 2. Isme jeera, rai aur sukhi lal mirch daal kar 30 second tak fry karein. 3. Phir kari patta aur hari mirch dal kar halka sa bhun lein. 4. Ab isme chopped tamatar aur thoda sa namak daal kar tamatar ko 3-4 minute tak pakayein jab tak wo soft na ho jaye. 5. Pakai hui moong dal ko is tadke mein dal dein aur ache se mix karein. Agar dal zyada gaadhi lag rahi ho toh thoda pani mila sakte hain. 6. 5-7 minute aur pakayein taki masale acche se mix ho jayein. 7. Hara dhaniya dal kar gas band kar dein. Step 3: White Rice Tayyar Karna. 1. Rice ko ache se dho kar 15-20 minute tak bhigo dein. 2. Ek patili ya cooker mein 2-2.5 cup pani garam karein, usme rice aur thoda namak daal dein. 3. Medium flame par rice ko 10-15 minute tak pakayein jab tak wo ache se gal na jayein. 4. Pani drain kar dein aur chawal ko thoda sa dum dene ke liye rakh dein. Step 4: Salad Tayyar Karna. 1. Gajar, pyaz aur kheera ko patle slices mein cut karein. 2.
