INFO: Michael Jackson performing Billie Jean in Bandar Seri Begawan, Brunei at the Jerudong Park Garden on July 16th, 1996 as part of a free, private concert for the Sultan of Brunei’s 50th birthday. THOUGHTS: I wish the vocals were better. Michael is signing too fast/cutting off words. It makes this performance seem way slower than it actually is. If this ran on the same tempo as the Dangerous Tour did, this would not be a problem.
