CROCKPOT RECIPE. Chicken taco filling. Make a double and freeze it for later

This is a super easy and delicious chicken taco recipe that you make in the crockpot. Recipe 2 chicken breasts 1 block cream cheese 2 cans of Rotel (we like one can of original and one hot to spice it up) 1 1/2c frozen or 1 can or corn 1 can black beans drained place all items in a crock pot and cook on low for 8 hours. 1-2 hrs before serving shred the chicken and prop the lid to allow it to thicken. Serve with tortilla chips or flour tortillas and top with cheese, sour cream, tomato's, onions, jalapeno, avocado, etc. We like to freeze the leftovers for a second meal later. We put it in a ziplock and when we go to make it place in crockpot on low for 8 hours or defrost in the fridge and crockpot for 4 hours on high. best price on dried beans is Azure Standard. We also love their oats, molasses, flour and just about anything we have purchased. https://www.azurestandard.com/?a_aid=...
