Perfect for kids, snacks, ya quick craving ke liye. --- 🧂 Ingredients: Uble hue aloo – 3 medium Namak – 1/2 tsp (ya taste ke anusar) Kali mirch – 1/4 tsp Pizza sauce – 2 tbsp Mayonnaise – 1 tbsp (optional) Tamatar – 1 small (finely chopped) Pyaj – 1 small (finely chopped) Shimla mirch – 1/2 (finely chopped) Sweet corn – 2 tbsp (boiled) Mozzarella cheese – 1/2 cup (grated) Oregano, Chilli flakes – as per taste Butter ya oil – tawa grease karne ke liye --- 🍽️ Recipe Steps: 1. Uble hue aloo ko mash karein. Namak aur mirch daal kar ache se mix karein. 2. Is mix ko butter paper ke beech rakh kar haathon se ya belan se pizza base ki shape me bana lein. 3. Non-stick tawa ko halka grease karein aur base ko ek taraf se medium flame par sekhein. 4. Jab ek side crispy ho jaaye, to base ko palat dein. Dusri side me chaku se chhote chhote ched kar dein. 5. Ab is par pizza sauce aur mayonnaise spread karein. 6. Apni pasand ki sabziya daalein – tamatar, pyaj, shimla mirch, corn. 7. Ab upar se mozzarella cheese daal dein. Phir oregano, chilli flakes ya taste ke hisab se namak-mirch. 8. Tawa ko cover karke cheese melt hone tak medium-low flame par pakaayein. 9.
