Today I was seriously craving some donuts but I wasn't able to get them for delivery which made me super duper sad. But then I found out how to make this easy 2 ingredient donut and it changed my life forever! How easy it is to make this?? Just two ingredients. I had some all purpose flour in my pantry and some leftover greek yogurt in the fridge. Add them together and there's you go! Donuts ready to be eaten. I was actually going to make traditional shape donuts but my fingernail punctured a whole and I only got to pipe 2. So, I had to transfer all the dough into another, more sturdier bag and decided to cut the dough into the oil instead and make incidental mini beignets haha. They still turned out great anyways.
