Passengers on board first Philippines Airlines from Manila now safely in quarantine
The first Philippine Airlines flight from Manila since the COVID-19 emergency declaration arrived early this morning. But because the Philippines is still deemed a hotspot country for the coronavirus by Public Health, all of the passengers are subject to a mandatory 14-day quarantine at a government facility.
