Delicious & Fragrant Matar Pulao Recipe Ingredients: Oil – 3 tbsp Whole Garam Masala – 1 tbsp Onion – 1 (sliced) Green Peas (Matar) – 1 bowl Ginger Garlic Paste – 1 tbsp Salt – 1 tbsp (or as per taste) Chicken Stock Cubes – 2 Water – As required 01 Tablespoon prepared spice mix and let it cook for 2-3 minutes with the lid on(Spice Mix With Fennel,Cumin,Elaichi and Corriander ) Rice – 2 cups (soaked for 40-60 minutes) Water for Cooking – 3 cups Instructions: Heat Oil: In a pot, add oil and heat it. Sauté Whole Spices: Add whole garam masala and let it release its aroma. Cook Onion: Add sliced onion and sauté until golden brown. Add Peas: Add green peas and cook for a minute. Mix in Ginger Garlic Paste & Salt: Add ginger garlic paste, salt, and sauté for a while. Add Chicken Stock Cubes: Mix well until dissolved. Add Water: Pour water as required and let it simmer. Add Spice Mix: Sprinkle the prepared spice mix and let it cook for 2-3 minutes with the lid on. Add Soaked Rice: Drain the soaked rice and add them to the pot. Cook Until Water Dries: Let it cook until most of the water evaporates. Dum Cooking: Once the water reduces, place a tawa (griddle) under the pot, cover it with a lid, and let it steam (dum) on low heat for 10 minutes.
