Mr Sunak addressed the Scottish Tory conference in Glasgow on Friday morning. The PM and Scottish Tory leader Douglas Ross answered questions from the Conservative members. Asked about Scotland being the highest taxed area of the UK, Mr Sunak said it wasn't a great tag line and he wanted to bring taxes down as soon as he could so Scottish people could spend more of what they have in their pockets.
