HOW TO BOIL SWEET POTATOES PERFECTLY #MeghnasMagicTips Hey friends! 🍠 I’ve been getting a lot of questions about the best way to boil sweet potatoes, so I thought I’d share my method with you all. I use sweet potatoes in so many of my recipes and salads, so getting them just right is super important to me. I pressure cook them with a little water for 3 whistles and then once the pressure is completely released, I open the cooker and peel the skin off. After that, I put the sweet potatoes back in the fridge for some time. This helps ensure that the sweet potatoes don’t become too soft while they are cooked, and keeps them perfect for my dishes.
