I believe I smashed over 10 full reps before using any spots. What you see me doing with my hands is once I fail on full reps, I bypass the positive portion to keep stimulating with the negative reps. This is how you get strong as f*ck, I've been doing this method of training for 7 years+ 💪 Keep in mind that's there's two pulleys on this machine, though, so the true weight might be closer to 85lbs resistance. Love the way this feels and how well it develops the overall leg thickness. It's also good for improving your squats. Prepare for your legs to chafe and not fit in jeans 🤣
