Nutella filled Chocolate Chip Cookies Soft-baked chocolate chip cookies filled with a rich, velvety Nutella center - a chocolate lover's dream come true! Ingredients: 1/2 cup Butter (melted) 1/3 cup Granulated Sugar 1/2 cup Brown Sugar 1 large Egg 1 Tsp Vanilla Extract 1/2 Tsp Baking Soda 1/2 Tsp Salt 1 1/2 cup All Purpose Flour 1 1/2 cup Chocolate Chips Mix butter, granulated sugar and brown sugar in a stand mixer until well combined. Add an egg and the vanilla extract and keep mixing on medium. Mix in baking soda and salt then slowly mix in flour and mix until batter is smooth and comes together. Now slowly mix in the chocolate chips. Scoop out cookies on a cookie sheet and for two hours in the refrigerator. Take nutella on a greased pan and put it in freezer for two hours as well. Flatten out the cookie and put in the frozen Nutella. Bake at 350°F for 10 to 11 mins. Turn the oven off and let the cookies sit in for 10 minutes. Your most decadent cookies are ready.
