Chickpea flour muffins Ingredients Chickpea flour - ½ cup Pepper - ⅛ tsp Baking powder - ¼ tsp Water - ¼ cup Apple Cider vinegar - ½ tsp Olive oil - ½ tbsp Veggie mixture - ⅓ rd part Salt- pinch Process In a bowl, mix chickpea flour and water to make a paste. To this mixture, add pepper, baking powder, apple cider vinegar, and olive and give it a gentle mix. Preheat the oven to 190 degrees celsius and bake them for 2o to 25 minutes or until the fork comes out clean when inserted Egg veggie muffins Ingredients Eggs - 2 Salt - ⅛ tsp Baking powder - ¼ tsp Veggie mixture - ⅓ rd part Process In a bowl mix, all the ingredients listed until they are well combined, and pour the mixture in the muffin tray lined with parchment paper. Preheat the oven to 190 degrees celsius and bake them for 2o to 25 minutes or until the fork comes out clean when inserted. Egg with chicken muffins Ingredients Eggs - 2 Salt - ⅛ tsp Baking powder - ⅛ tsp Veggie mixture - ⅓ rd part Chicken - 2 tbsp shredded Process Fry the chicken with little oil until the water has evaporated. In a bowl, shred the chicken and mix with other ingredients to pour in the muffin tins.
