Chia seeds and oatmeal healthy bread Ingredients Chia seeds 2 tablespoons Sunflower seeds 1 tablespoon Pepita seeds 1 tablespoon Hemp seeds 1 tablespoon Sesame seeds 1 tablespoon Oatmeal (grind oats in a mixer) 100 gms or 1 cup Optional if you want to add plain flour 100 gms You can double oatmeal and exclude wheat flour Water 1 1/2 cups or 150 mil Yeast 1 teaspoon Sugar 1 teaspoon Salt as per taste 1 teaspoon Mix all the ingredients ( if dough is still quite thick then add little more water). Let it rest between 1-2 hours. Bake at 200 degrees centigrade for 30 minutes or longer if you want to brown it more. Let it cool down before slicing it. Please try and don’t forget to subscribe me.
