SERVES: 475 gm Cake INGREDIENTS: Cake Base: • ¼ Cup (60 ml) Curd (दही) • 6 Tbsp (38 gm) Powdered Sugar (पीसी हुई चीनी) • 2 Tbsp (10 gm) Milk Powder (दूध पाउडर) • 3 Tbsp (45 ml) Oil (तेल) • ¼ Cup + 1 Tbsp (75 ml) Milk (दूध) • ½ Cup (60 gm) All Purpose Flour/Maida (मैदा) • ½ Tsp (2 gm) Baking Powder (बेकिंग पाउडर) • 1/8 Tsp (1.5 gm) Baking Soda (मीठा सोडा/बेकिंग सोडा) Rabdi: • 500 ml Milk (दूध) • 1 & ½ Tbsp Sugar (चीनी) • 3-4 Pinch Cardamom Powder (इलाइची पाउडर) Decoration: • ¼ Cup Pistachios (पिस्ता) • ½ Cup (60 ml) Whipping Cream (व्हिप्पिंग क्रीम) • 100 gm White Compound/Chocolate (वाइट चॉकलेट) • 1-2 Tbsp (15-30 ml) Melted Butter/Oil (पिघला मक्ख़न/तेल) BAKING INSTRUCTIONS: • Kadhai/Cooker (No whistle & gasket): Preheat at medium flame for 10 min. Bake at medium flame for 10 min & then at low flame for 25-30 min. • OTG/Convection: Preheat at 180°C for 10 min. Then bake for 25-30 min.
