I watched the Fred Again x PlaqueBoyMax stream and when he dropped that Doechii remix, it went maaaaad! Like many, I was looking for a full version and when I couldn't find one, I decided to remake it myself. Initially just an exercise in track deconstruction, it eventually turned into a full rework with drum edits, extra synths and vocals to fit with my arrangement. What I learnt from this experience and the stream was that Fred Again's production process demonstrates the art of simplicity and efficiency along with innate talent which allows the ideas to flow freely.
