This is my latest party Jollof recipe and it is totally worth trying. In this video, i did not roast my pepper mixture but instead, i used the boiling or will i say frying method. Instead of blending your pepper mix before boiling into a paste, you are expected to fry the pepper chunks in oil, thyme, bay leaves, curry and seasonings.
