GOLFER'S WEEK 1 OF BODYBUILDING COMPETITION PREP: GLUTES AND HAMSTRINGS

In this video I take you through my glutes and hamstrings lift and explain how my bikini competition prep will go for week 1, a little vlog of my daily life hosting an event for Justin Thomas and Jack Nicklaus, food and some info on why I became a caddie for a couple months down in Jupiter, FL. Prep will be around 20 weeks and is an extreme dieting phase. Please do not follow my nutrition numbers, they are customized for me and my goals. Every body is different. I prepped for a competition during the pandemic, but all my shows got cancelled and it never happened. I am so excited to do this right this time around and watch how it will impact my golf game and swing speeds as I get leaner.
