These came out very delicious. Not completely fall off the bone or completely chewy. Just right. If you dont have a smoker you can use your stove oven. 1. Remover membrane. 2. Season with Jack Daniels original and fire seasoning. 3. Smoke ribs at 275F for 2 1/2 hours. 4. Spritz with apple cider vinegar after 1 1/2 hours. 5. Wrap in foil with 8 pats of butter, 4 pats on top 4 on the bottom, and add Jack Daniel’s fire bbq sauce on both sides. 6. Smoke for 1 1/2 hours or until internal temperature is 203F. 7. Unwrap and glaze with Jack Daniels bbq sauce. 8. Place back in smoker unwrapped for 15 minutes to tack up the sauce. 9. Rest for 15 minutes. Thanks for watching.
