2nd Sunday in Lent March 16, 2025 AS WE GATHER Passionate praying. What does it look like? Prayer filled with emotion – grief, joy or despair? On one’s knees, or with one’s face planted in the dirt? With many words, or few? During this Lenten series, we look to Jesus for the answer, not only how to pray, but what to pray. Using our Savior’s prayers before and during His Passion, we come to understand both the demands and the blessings of prayer. Prayer as a command, but more as a gift to be cherished and practiced. May the Lord bless your Lenten journey, into prayer, but more, into Jesus, and His deep desire to commune and converse with you.
