This Custard Milk Cake is a must-try! Soft, moist, and topped with a rich custard milk mix, it's the perfect treat for any occasion! Ingredients: For the Cake: 1/4 cup oil 1/3 cup curd 1 cup all-purpose flour 1/2 cup powdered sugar 3 tbsp milk powder 1 tsp baking powder 1/2 tsp baking soda 1/2 cup milk 2 drops vanilla essence For the Custard Milk Mix: 1 cup milk 3 tbsp sugar Chopped dry fruits (as desired) 1 tbsp custard powder 3 tbsp milk (for mixing with custard powder) Recipe: -In a mixing bowl, combine 1/4 cup oil and 1/3 cup curd. Mix well until smooth. -Sieve together 1 cup all-purpose flour, 1/2 cup powdered sugar, 3 tbsp milk powder, 1 tsp baking powder, and 1/2 tsp baking soda into the wet mixture. -Mix all ingredients until well combined. -Add 1/2 cup milk and 2 drops of vanilla essence. Mix until the batter is smooth and lump-free. -Bake the cake. Stove: Cook on medium flame for 35-40 minutes. Oven: Preheat and bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 30-40 minutes. Prepare the Custard Milk Mix: -Boil 1 cup of milk in a saucepan. -Add 3 tbsp sugar and stir until dissolved. -Add chopped dry fruits as desired. -In a separate cup, mix 1 tbsp custard powder with 3 tbsp milk until smooth. -Add the custard mixture to the boiling milk, stirring continuously to avoid lumps. -Cook until the mixture slightly thickens, then turn off the flame and let it cool completely.
