[KOREAN FOOD15] Gyeran Mari (Korean egg roll side dish, Korean rolled omelette, 계란말이)
[Ingredients] Five large eggs 1 carrot (chopped) 1 green onion (chopped) 1 tablespoon sea salt [Directions] 1 Crack the eggs in a measuring cup or a medium sized bowl and beat the eggs Sieve through the eggs to give a smooth texture (using chopsticks) 2 Finely chop the carrot and green onion and add them to the measuring up Stir everything well 3 Heat the non-stick pan and add some cooking oil Distribute the oil evenly throughout the pan Pour out a thin layer of egg mixture onto the pan and spread it by tilting the pan 4 When the edges and top of the layer are slightly cooked, start rolling the egg with a spatula or chopsticks 5 Push aside the rolled egg (to the left) and add some cooking oil in the empty space (right side of the pan) Pour out another thin layer of egg mixture on the empty space and start rolling again 6 Repeat the same process until the egg is mixture is all used up 7 Slice the roll into bite size pieces on a cutting place Serve with ketchup or any sauce you want 8 Enjoy your gyeran mari! :)
