Election Day Loving Kindness Meditation

We are all merely a blip in the passage of time in the universe. I have created this Loving Kindness Meditation to facilitate letting go of divisions on election day and finding a way to expand our in-group to all of humanity and the universal being. May all beings be peaceful May all beings be joyful May all beings be free of pain May all beings be held in loving kindness May all beings know the joy of giving and receiving loving kindness I hold the universe in my heart.
