New Super Mario Bros. U Athletic Remix - It's time for a banger you've all been waiting for!!! I think I'm finally getting a hang of the Jazz-EDM fusion genre. For those that aren't aware, I grew up listening to jazz music (specifically smooth jazz) and I've learned A LOT about music theory from that. Hearing all the fun twists & quick riffs that happen throughout jazz is what really gives me satisfaction in music, haha! I think that's why I have so many pauses & unique features in my music; this is another reason why I love music production so much. There's not a single person that is the same, and Jazz-EDM type of music is honestly what I believe the core of "Player2" is. Now, obviously I've dabbled into a huuuuuuuuuge variety of genres over the years, but making this type of music has always been my favorite. And, luckily, this genre is very easy to produce with Nintendo music since the majority of these melodies already have incredible call-and-response phrases in their music!
