Cardio Kick Boxing is an exact science designed to introduce a beginner into group fitness and advance to a highly conditioned individual. For just $20 a month, you can attend unlimited classes. Discuss your fitness goals in detail with our qualified professionals , outline your training schedule and get your first experience of Cardio Kick Boxing. Achieve amazing results with this program, lose weight, build confidence, look and feel amazing. Anyone is welcome to participate at anytime in the cycle. Your training cycle will be divided into three phases called rounds. Each round cycles every two weeks which includes a dynamic of interval training, aerobics, calisthenics, body weight exercises, sports drills, strength training and Kick Boxing conditioning. Each class will consist of stretching, warm-up, speed agility training, kick boxing bag work with basic combinations from low to high intensity levels a series of round intervals and ending with core stability training and cool down stretches. Round 1 is designed to enhance joint stability and flexibility, improve muscular endurance, develop an aerobic baseline, and improve muscular coordination. Round 2 improves muscular endurance, increases prime mover strength, improves load bearing capabilities of muscles and increases lean body mass. Round 3 enhances prime mover strength, rate of force production, reaction time, and metabolic conditioning.
