Info copied from the event website A workshop for boaters who want to know more about how to start composting humanure About this Event Booking note: you only need to book one ticket per device. This session is particularly for boaters who have a dry toilet and who have been binning - and are now wondering what to do. And for those who are already composting and would like to help them. We'll look at all the things that might be worrying or putting you off - safety, how long it needs, how to manage it, where to put it... and anything else you can think of. You'll hear about the basic principles from Kate and then some real life examples of boaters who are fully composting on a boat without a home mooring as well as those with access to some space. And others who have experience will chip in with their experience and suggestions for ways to manage. If you aren't a boater you are still welcome but priority will be given to boaters if we are short of space.
