S15 has introduced PERKS to the competitive game, creating power spikes to either emphasize your heroes plays or give them alternate options. In general the hero matchups are more severe, but with a cost to swapping, counter picking is less common but more impactful typically. Big explosions, large gaps in power, S15 has textured gameplay and so you'll have to work a bit harder to overperform on lower tier heroes, however satisfyingly can craft your own playstyles on any hero no matter their power with Perks.
