ITV (Anglia) Ads and continuity (23rd December 2000, UK)

This is before and during the "ITV Movie Premiere" of Tim Burton and Henry Selick's extremely wonderful "The Nightmare Before Christmas" on the 23rd of December, 2000. No idea wether the "premiere" part of that is over this movie being first shown on that channel or the first time completely on terrestrial TV but I remember this was aired VERY late into the night (proberbly because they thought that due to the animation style and despite it being a PG, that it would terrify very young kids to an inch of their lives...I'm not a horror person, but I've seen this movie first from a REALLY young age and I've always loved it and was never scared by it...heh, figures) and we recorded it not only because we didn't have it on video at that time and that it was too late to watch it that night but also because my brother was sick that month and in hospital (he's fine now, it was over minor issues but enough to get him in there for a little bit) so we did that for him as well. :) Anyhoo, this movie is suitable for both Halloween AND Christmas so...you can give me a free pass on this one. Eep. :X Welcome to the new millennium, indeed.) 7) Stella Artois ad (I love how ads like this speak in a native language with no subtitles. Its made in such a way that language is unneeded to understand what's going on, you can just see how they act and how they talk to each other and you'll get it. Its nice.) 8) Pedigree Christmas ad (As syrupy as this is, its got such warm charm to it.
