This is part of the award-winning documentary "The Second Russian Revolution", made in 1989-1991, at the same time the Soviet Union was undergoing complete social and political metamorphosis. It was almost a real-time documentary while the Soviet Empire was collapsing. It's almost scared, because of the rare thing, to hear high members of the Politburo speaking freely about what they think at the time.
