This week I'm 4 weeks out from my official pro debut show, Arnold Classic Europe 2022! I talk about my protocol with my coach, how I handle prep and university, a full day of eating FDOE, a leg workout and a shoulder workout. What it takes to do bikini competition prep. I am starting to struggle to maintain balance and had some hard moments. I did a carb depletion diet and then began carb up before my trial show day where the Hoonsquad came together for check in.
