Toronto garbage truck operator killed by his vehicle in Scarborough

A 66-year-old garbage truck worker was struck and killed by the vehicle he was operating in Scarborough, Ont. on Tuesday morning. The worker, identified as Jose Castillo, lived with his wife in Scarborough and had been a city employee for 30 years, sources confirmed.
