I STOPPED CODE ENFORCEMENT from FINING this FAMILY

I STOPPED CODE ENFORCEMENT from FINING this FAMILY! I've been finding a bunch of abandoned properties lately, so I was glad to actually find someone living in a home to help. They said CODE ENFORCEMENT showed up right before I got there and left them a violation notice stating they had 10 days to get the yard cleaned up OR ELSE. Good thing I showed up just in time!
