Jello Stained Glass Dessert - Bonita's Kitchen

Welcome to Bonita's Kitchen! Today we will be making Jello Stained Glass Dessert, this is so beautiful and easy to make, great for pot lucks, family events and our recipe is posted below! Ingredients: 3 small pkgs. Jello powder ( 85 g box ) Any colour! 3 and 1/2 cups boiling water, divided 1 pack, unflavoured gelatine (7 g ) 1/4 cup cold water for gelatine 1/2 can sweetened condensed milk, (150 mL) METHOD: Refrigerate  2 hours or more, 2 bowls, 3 small storage containers, 1- 9 x 13 inch storage container Add 1 cup boiling water to each flavour jelly powder in separate bowls,  stir 2 minutes until completely dissolved, no crystals at the bottom. Pour each flavour jelly into separate small shallow food storage container sprayed with cooking spray or oil lightly. Refrigerate 2 hours or overnight or until firm. Sprinkle unflavoured gelatine over 1/4 cup cold water, let stand 1 min to gel. Add 1/2 cup boiling water, stir until gelatine is completely dissolved, then. Add 1/2 can, 150 ml sweetened condensed milk, mix well. Cool slightly only for 1 minute in fridge DON’T LET SET. Cut flavoured jelly into cubes, spread randomly onto bottom of  9 x 13 -inch container or pan sprayed with cooking spray or oil lightly. Pour sweetened milk mixture over cubes, stir sweetened milk mixture evenly over jelly cubes. Refrigerate 2 hours or until firm before cutting.
