Buckle up for this spicy workout that will build strength and activate all the muscles in your core.♥︎ These exercises target and activate your deep core muscles and help you tone your abs and get a flat stomach. You'll also feel the burn in your lower abs and pelvic floor. When you're ready, hit play and meet me on the mat! ▪️ Intensity: Medium ▪️ Recommendations: • Make sure to press your lower back flat onto the mat. No gaps please. Hold this position also during leg lifts and lower your legs only as far as possible, even if there is only a minimum of motion.
