It uses Focus 10 to cleanse and revitalize your system through a process of releasing fears and emotions. In Focus 10, you'll access your Energy Conversion Box to identify and release fears and their underlying emotions, transforming them back into pure energy. This process works on the principle that "You rise by embracing what once held you back." While most fears are learned and can be unlearned, this isn't an instant solution. The process requires patience and practice. Guidelines: 1. Trust your inner wisdom to surface what you're ready to address 2. Release "nothing" if your box appears empty 3.
