Prepare the Mixture: • In a bowl, combine mashed potatoes, boiled corn, mozzarella cheese, coriander/parsley, black pepper, chili flakes, garlic powder, salt, and cornflour. • Mix well until everything is well combined and holds together. 2. Shape the Balls: • Take small portions of the mixture and roll them into smooth balls. 3. Coat the Balls: • Dip each ball into the beaten egg, ensuring it’s fully coated. • Roll it in breadcrumbs for a crispy outer layer. • (For extra crunch, repeat the egg and breadcrumb coating one more time.) 4. Fry Until Crispy: • Heat oil in a deep pan over medium heat. • Fry the balls in batches until golden brown and crispy. • Remove and drain on paper towels. 5.
