Macros & Cals (per serving): 478Cal, 37gP, 51gC, 11gF (calculated using the Cronometer app) Ingredients, 1 serving x 4 servings Chicken shawarma: 125g x 500g chicken breast/thighs (boneless, skinless, raw weight) 1 x 4 garlic cloves minced 3/4 tsp x 1/2 lemon (juiced, 1 tbsp) ¾ tsp x 1 tbsp olive oil Shawarma seasonings: 1/4 tsp x 1 tsp salt, pepper, paprika, cumin 1/8 tsp x ½ tsp cinnamon Optional: Dash of x 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper Season chicken shawarma and cook on medium heat for 7-9 minutes until brown and internal temp hits at least 165°F. Stuff each medium potato (approx. 250g): 1 tsp unsalted butter 1/2 tsp minced garlic Dash of salt and pepper Slit a ¼ inch wide wedge in the potato (don’t slit too deep or it will split), stuff it, and cook it with these settings: Air fry 375°F for 30-40 mins or until fork tender Oven bake 400°F for 40-60 minutes or until fork tender Garlic sauce: 2 tbsp x 1/2 cup of 0% Greek yogurt Dash x 1/4 tsp garlic powder, salt, cumin 3/4 tsp lemon juice Optional: add 1/2 tbsp of water to thin it out Put ingredients into a bowl and mix.
