Pokémon Sword Isle of Armour Part 3: Finding the Max Mushrooms in Warm-Up Tunnel

Max Mushrooms are found on the Isle or Armor. When used from the Bag during battle, it raises the Attack, Defense, Special Attack, Special Defense, and Speed of a Pokémon currently in battle by one stage each. Three Max Mushrooms are also required to make Max Soup, which gives a compatible Pokémon a Gigantamax Factor, or reverts their status. Three Max Mushrooms are found in the Warm-Up Tunnel during the main storyline.
