Hello, I'm Shiro. I live in Hokkaido, Japan. I'll be sharing delicious Japanese food with all of you! Today I ate fried chicken and rice balls. I bought the fried chicken from a famous store in Hokkaido, Japan. Inside the rice balls was grilled salmon, and on top, I placed salmon roe marinated in soy sauce.
