StoryLine: While Michael had just released his album Invincible on October 30, 2001, the Sultan of Brunei contacted Michael a second time to organize a second charity concert as in 1996 where Michael had given a charity concert in Brunei a few weeks before his HIStory WorldTour. Michael immediately accepted the offer and decided to take over the SetList of the HIStory World Tour which ended 4 years earlier... The 2nd edition of The Royal Concert was initially supposed to take place in 1999, but as Michael was in the middle of Blood On The Dance Floor World In turn, they decided to push back. So it was in December 2001 that The Royal Concert 2001 took place. Michael included 4 songs from his new album "Invincible" to his SetList to promote his new album.
