The third one is the best: A guy tries to chat up a girl in a bar; at some point he asks her whether she would like a drink but when he tries to tease her about the fact that she doesn’t drink alcohol things quickly get out of hand… :-) A brilliant little clip featuring very real-life-sounding language and one which also illustrates something quite interesting – namely that unlike what our students have been led to believe, in real life native speakers may report a conversation by giving the actual words used… Level: B2 – C1 Topic: Relationships / Socialising / Teenagers / Grammar.
