(Affiliate Link) Recipe Prep time: 10 minutes Cook time: 10 minutes Servings: 10 Ingredients: 2 can (15¼ oz.) whole kernel corn, drained 1 can (10½ oz.) cream of chicken soup ½ onion, finely chopped 1 cup sour cream ¼ - ½ tsp salt - season to taste ¼ - ½ tsp pepper - season to taste 1 package (8 oz.) corn muffin mix ½ cup butter (1 stick), melted 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded Directions: Preheat oven 350°F / 177°C. Greased 8" X 8" (20cm x 20cm) casserole dish. In a large bowl combine corn, soup, onion, sour cream, corn muffin mix, and butter. Mix together thoroughly. Pour mixture into dish. Bake for 40 to 45 minutes or until top is golden brown. Remove from oven and top casserole with cheese. Put back into oven for another 5 minutes until cheese is melted. Let cool for a few minutes.
