10th Sunday after Trinity: Luke 19:41-48

It's a hard thing to realize at a ripe old age you missed something in your youth and there's no going back. Timing is important, and for the Christian the time is always now regarding how we live before God Who still visits humanity. Jerusalem didn't know the time of her visitation. They "missed" the Messiah, the great "IAm" and judgment would descend upon the people at Jesus' words prophesying the destruction of Jerusalem. May God grant us repentance so that when judgment day comes we're ready because we live in Christ.
