'Say his name': Protest held after black man shot dead by police

Hundreds of protesters have gathered outside the Met Police headquarters after a black man was fatally shot by an officer nearly two weeks ago. On 5 September, 24-year-old Chris Kaba died after a single shot was fired through the window of the car he was driving - a vehicle which was not registered to him. The officer who discharged the firearm has been suspended, and an investigation by the Independent Office for Police Conduct is ongoing.
