Time to plant the garlic for summer harvest: Vlog #342

Garlic needs an over winter cold cycle in the ground for it to produce large quality bulbs in mid-summer. Early October is the perfect time to plant garlic in Utah which is zone 6 in the Salt Lake City area and at the homestead it is zone 5B. This video shows you how I planted my garlic this year at the homestead.
