City permits, building delays due to supply chain issues continue to challenge smaller and larger builders. The amplification delays on large scale projects costs more for everyone involved in the process as Buyers purchasing costs ultimately increase. Mortgage qualifications for Bank of America? Doesn’t affect Austin. How about the other markets? While some underserved populations will realize the American dreams with this mandated lending program (Note: No PMI. No downpayment. No closing costs. For those who qualify. And, those qualifications are specific culturally, economically, geographically). Some who qualify will eventually have their dreams shattered.
