Golden Vegan Chickpea Patties Ingredients: 1 can chickpeas (400g), drained and rinsed ½ cup breadcrumbs (gluten-free if needed) 2 tablespoons chickpea flour 2 tablespoons nutritional yeast 1 teaspoon garlic powder 1 teaspoon onion powder 1 teaspoon cumin powder 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped 2 tablespoons olive oil (plus extra for frying) Salt and pepper to taste Instructions: 1️⃣ In a food processor, pulse the chickpeas until they form a coarse paste. 2️⃣ Transfer to a mixing bowl and add breadcrumbs, chickpea flour, nutritional yeast, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined. 3️⃣ Shape the mixture into small patties (about 6–8). 4️⃣ Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and fry the patties for 3–4 minutes per side until golden and crispy. 5️⃣ Serve with a dipping sauce, in a burger bun, or on a salad. 🌟 Want the perfect dipping sauce?
