
10 Minute Beginner Hip & Lower Back Yoga Flow to Open the Hips & Release Tension
If your lower back has been feeling a bit cranky or prolonged sitting is making your hips feel tight, this 10-minute class will help you move into those parts of your body, loosen up the muscles, and ease pain or discomfort. In this very accessible, gentle mini class, you’ll move through a series of seated and low-to-the-ground poses to release tension in the lower back and feel more open through the hips. With each pose, you’ll have an opportunity to notice how you feel as you send the breath into various parts of your body, addressing and letting go of any built-up tension and breathing into a place of comfort.
