Can gallstone be treated without surgery? Is Gallbladder removal surgery the only solution?

Gallstones should not travel down because it may cause complications. Sometimes some patients may not be fit for surgery due to any other medical condition or their age. For them alone certain medications are available which can give temporary relief. A type of shock wave therapy can be used but they break the stones and induce them to travel down which may lead to complications as said. But it needs to be understood that no vegetables or fruits or any natural remedies will cure gallstones.
